Teppanyaki Grill Or Griddle | Easy Teppanyaki Recipe

INGREDIENTS
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
4 green onions
8 miniature corn on the cob
4 ounces bean sprouts
1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Collect all tools and materials.
2. Slice the chicken breasts about ¼ inch thick, at a slight angle.
Remove the seeds from the peppers. Thinly slice corn on the cob, onion, and peppers. Arrange the chopped ingredients on a plate with the sliced chicken and bean sprouts.
3. Heat a teppanyaki grill or griddle. Then brush sesame oil on top. Add vegetables and chicken pieces in batches. Make sure there is enough space between the ingredients so they can be cooked thoroughly.
4. Mix the mirin, soy sauce and ginger together. This mixture is used as a sauce for vegetables and chicken.
