Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, peeled, boned, sliced
1 medium white onion
1 zucchini
1 pack mushroom slices (in 8 oz pack)
1 small head broccoli
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium, best)
1 tbsp butter
Salt seasoning
Black pepper seasoning
1 / 2 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
1. First, cut the meat and vegetables into small pieces.
2. In a large pot, add 1 tbsp olive oil and heat over medium heat.
3. Melt 1 tbsp butter, then add 1 tbsp soy sauce to the same pot, then season the chicken with salt and pepper. Maybe it must be stirred often. After cooking, put aside and cover.
4. Use the same frying pan, add 1 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp soy sauce and all vegetables (onion, zucchini, broccoli) and season with salt and pepper. Cook until soft enough to knead with a fork, about 7 to 8 minutes.
5. Then pour the chicken, mushrooms and vegetables into the same frying pan.
6. Add a tablespoon of butter and the last tablespoon of soy sauce and cook until the mushrooms are soft and the whole chicken is properly heated.
7. If necessary, add salt and pepper before eating, and then add lemon juice.
8. You can eat it with fried rice or steamed rice and the prepared Yum! Yum sauce, or you can make it yourself.
