• 1 pound pork steak, boneless "country" ribs or pork chops (slightly marbled is best)
• 1 fresh jalapeno * seed
• 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
• fresh ginger root, about 1 inch, peeled and chopped
• 1 red onion, peeled and chopped
• 16 ounces of vegetables **
• 3 tablespoons dried apricots (we like Polaner All Fruit)
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• fold the soy sauce, 1
• pepper, salt

 

Serve with white rice (" sticky "food) or Asian rice noodles.

* gloves are recommended for handling jalapeno or other peppers. If you don't have anything fresh, use teaspoons instead. Dried chili flakes.

Start cooking, about 1/2 cup (uncooked) per person.

Meanwhile, slice the fat from the meat, 1/4 inch thin, as opposed to the grain. Finely dice jalapeno, garlic and fresh ginger. Cut the onion into quarters of an inch and thinly slice. If you use fresh vegetables, cut them into even pieces.

Preheat your restaurant teppanyaki tables 5. Reach (orange light off) set it to 8 (medium high).

When the teppanyaki cooking table set temperature (extinguished orange) is reached, add oil (or non-stick spray) to the hot coking center and spread evenly with a spatula or paper towel. Add pork (make sure to separate chunks, and leave some space for them, otherwise you'll cook the meat instead of Browning it) and jalapeno. Brown meat in all directions (2-3 minutes). Move the meat to the heated area.

Note: the meat is not fully cooked at this point, as it can be perfectly done by letting it sit and heating it with the vegetables without drying.

 

Add the remaining oil, then saute the vegetables, ginger and garlic until crisp but still tasty.

Add dried apricot, hyacinth sauce, a little soy sauce and add. After the preserves are dissolved, add the meat and quickly mix all the ingredients until the coating is sufficient. Season with pepper, salt and soy. Add a little hot sauce to add "heat."

** Tip: try different combinations of fresh or frozen vegetables to discover your favorites. We like a combination of green beans, red or yellow bell peppers and/or mushrooms and Onions. Anything. Adding shrimp cocktail or fish substitutes is also effective.
