• 10 ounces. White rice
• 4 tablespoons peas, frozen and defrosted
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• soy or tahini
• 3 eggs, beat
• white pepper + salt to taste (optional)
• 6 strips of bacon, chopped
• 2 tablespoons neutral vegetable oil, separated
• 6 shallots (chopped shallots), cut diagonally to get more surface
• optional: add shrimp and/or leftover meat/chicken; pineapple

Cook the rice, or, if you use leftovers (better yet), microwave a little.

Preheat price of teppanyaki table on 5. On arrival (extinguished orange) set to 7 or 8 (depending on the model).

The bacon is crunched and then pushed into an external heated area that is almost cold. Wipe off excess bacon fat with a paper towel; Hold the paper with pliers to prevent scalding. Save some fat to continue cooking the eggs, or add a little oil.

Now add the beaten eggs to the arched teppanyaki table cooking center. When it starts to set, cut the eggs into small pieces and fry until almost colored. Use bacon to push the eggs into the external heating area. Be careful not to hard-boil eggs or they may become dense and rubbery. Remove all residue with a non-scraping straight edge scraper. If you want to add fresh shrimp or meat, cook it immediately and push it into the heated area.

Set the restaurant teppan equipment for sale temperature to 8, sprinkle the oil evenly, then add the rice. As it starts to brown, gently cut the rice and spatula into small pieces. Add the peas, spring Onions and half the bacon (optional: cooked shrimp and/or cooked meat, pineapple, bell pepper).

Stir gently until the ingredients are well mixed and heated. Add a little soy sauce/tamari, a little sherry and white pepper to taste; Turn the rice over and serve. Close the Cookeryaki teppanyaki commercial table.

Sprinkle with the rest of the bacon.

Tip:
Try different types of rice to find your favorite. We chose basmati. To make the Fried rice more colorful, you can add diced small red peppers (bell peppers) without significantly changing the flavor. To taste, add diced fresh or defrosted, stuffed pieces of dried pineapple.
