Teppanyaki Hibachi Grill | Teppanyaki Equipment Built-In Fan Maintenance
Built-in fan maintenance for Teppanyaki hibachi grill equipment:
First, the fan maintenance work system
1. The fan must be used by professional people and repaired by professional people.
2. The fan is not allowed to operate with faults.
3. Regularly remove dust inside the fan, especially dust, dirt and other impurities on the impeller to prevent corrosion and imbalance.
4. Fan maintenance must emphasize: power outage and stop operation.
5. Regularly check the sensitivity of the thermometer and oil mark.
6. In addition to the replacement of the lubricating oil after each disassembly, the lubricating oil should be replaced once in normal conditions from March to June.
Second, the main failures and causes of the hibachi grill table equipment fan
1. The bearing box is vibrating:
a. The fan shaft is different from the motor shaft, and the coupling is mounted;
b. The casing or the air inlet is rubbed against the impeller;
c. The basic steel is not strong;
d. Impeller rivet loose or impeller deformation;
e. The impeller shaft and the shaft are loose, or the coupling bolt is loose;
f. The coupling bolts such as the casing and the bracket, the bearing box and the bracket, and the bearing box cover are loose;
g. The fan inlet and outlet pipes are poorly installed;
h. The rotor is unbalanced and the draft fan blades are worn.
2. Bearing temperature rise is too high:
a. The bearing housing is violently shaken;
b. The quality of the lubricating grease is not bright, deteriorated, and contains excessive dust, sand, dirt and other impurities;
c. The bearing box cover and the seat connecting bolt are too tight or too small;
d. The shaft and the rolling bearing are installed obliquely, and the front and rear bearings are not concentric;
e. The rolling bearing is damaged.
3. The electrode current is too large or the temperature rise is too high:
a. The intake pipe gate or throttle valve is not closed when driving;
b. The flow exceeds the specified value;
c. The density of the gas delivered by the fan is too large or sticky;
d. The motor input voltage is too low or the power supply is single-phase powered off;
e. The coupling is not connected properly, the apron is too tight or the gap is not uniform;
f. Affected by the severe vibration of the bearing housing.
