Gas Teppanyaki Grill Table Operating Instructions

1. First turn on the fan power, check the exhaust system, and then proceed to the next step if it is normal.

2. Then turn on the flame gas switch, press the ignition button, and check whether the flame in the flame observation hole is ignited.

3. After the seedling is ignited, turn on the main fire switch and you can use it normally.

4. Finally, adjust the size of the gas switch to the appropriate state to control the intensity of the burner flame.

 

Teppanyaki Grill Table Maintenance

1. After each use of the teppan plate, clean the surface of the steel plate and wipe away water and oil stains to keep the surface of the steel plate smooth;

2. After cleaning, put a small amount of salad oil on the countertop, and wipe it with a scouring pad until the brightness appears;

3. After wiping with the scouring pad, wipe the countertop clean and apply a small amount of salad oil;

4. Clean the suction hood, oil screen and oil extractor of the Teppanyaki grill table equipment before get off work every day;

5. It is prohibited to pour garbage, dirty oil, sewage and other debris into the flue under the stainless steel exhaust port to prevent the flue from being blocked;

6. The air duct should be cleaned of oil regularly to ensure smooth air duct.
