INGREDIENTS
8 oz sirloin steak (2x 4 oz steaks, pat dry)
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp garlic (chopped or 4 garlic cloves)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Salt and pepper (according to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine the butter, parsley, garlic or any other seasoning you like and set aside.
2. Preheat a teppanyaki grill or griddle on the stovetop.
3. Grease grill and steak with a little butter. Then sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
4. You don't plan on grilling with any other seasoning, the ingredients are delicious though. You can let them speak for themselves and add sauces to dip everything in.
