First, the origin of teppanyaki

According to legend, Teppanyaki was invented by the Spanish. In the middle of the fifteenth century, due to the development of shipping in Spain, it often sailed in various countries in the world. Third, heating method

1. Gas parameters:

Gas: 2.92 cubic meters of gas per hour

Liquefied gas: 0.85 kg per hour

Natural gas: 1.2 cubic meters per hour (40-60 minutes after heating 0-150 degrees)

2, electric heating tube heating: parameters: 380V/50HZ power 8KW three-phase five-wire system

(30-40 minutes after heating 0-150 degrees)

3, aluminum electromagnetic plate heating: parameters: 380V/50HZ power 9KW three-phase five-wire system

(15-25 minutes after heating 0-150 degrees)

Fourth, equipment specifications

1200*800mm (can sit 6-7 people), 1500*800mm (can sit 6-8 people), 1800*800mm (can sit 7-9 people), 2000*800mm (can sit 8-10 people), 2200* 800mm (can sit 9-12 people); height is 800mm. Other specifications can be customized according to requirements.

 

Five, internal structure

A. Main heat system:

Gas: 9-inch cast iron burner ‚ by gas switch iron plate firing temperature.

Electric heating: electromagnetic aluminum plate and electromagnetic copper plate heating ‚ controlled by automatic microcomputer temperature controller. Teppanyaki temperature ‚ fast heating, good temperature effect, energy saving, environmental protection, low carbon, simple and safe operation.

B. Insulation system: The area other than the main heat is the insulation system, the temperature is controlled below 100 degrees, and the user-friendly design avoids the safety hazard caused by the customer's curiosity touching the iron plate countertop.

C. Suction protection system: prevent small ingredients from being sucked into the inside of the equipment from the suction port, causing the rot of the ingredients to produce odor.

D. Fireproof valve system: Prevents the open flame from entering the exhaust duct and eliminates the safety hazard caused by open flame.

E. Exhaust gas treatment system: The normal exhaust gas inside the equipment is discharged.

F. Double fume treatment system: The equipment has its own filter screen and oil collection drawer. It avoids a large amount of oil entering the pipeline and directly dripping into the oil collection drawer.

G, water purification, water cooling, water circulation system; through high pressure, low drying, pump circulation and transport water filtration, cooling the temperature of the soot, discharging fresh natural air.

H, lampblack purifier system; using high-voltage static electricity and plasma nanotechnology, after the national environmental protection certification, the efficiency of purifying soot can reach 95% ‚ voltage 220V/750W.

L, UV disinfection and sterilization system; using South Korea imported 2-pole tube ‚ UV ozone, sterilization, disinfection, venting air outlet, more environmentally friendly, ‚ voltage 220V power 20w.

M. Electromagnetic movement; using imported German electromagnetic movement and Japanese electrical components, microcomputer control, full CNC operation, automatic constant temperature, automatic control. DuLi type electric box ‚ one-button opening, 3 minutes up to 150-200 degrees ‚ voltage 380v power 12kw.

 

Sixth, equipment decoration: can be decorated according to the decoration style, grades of the store or made by the company. The decorative countertop can be made of natural black gold sand marble or tempered glass (reverse surface spray gold sand). Three sides are made of stainless steel wood veneer (color optional ) or ebony wood.
