After careful examination, archaeologists said that the ancient noodles are similar to Laiman's noodles, which are made by repeatedly stretching and pulling the dough, and are made by hand.
By the 9th century AD, noodle making had spread to Japan, which was logical because the country was a neighbour of China. Then, in the 13th century, the Chinese brought noodle recipes to Persia through the silk road.
Among the Korean dynasties (1392 – 1897), the buckwheat flour (Naengmyeon) was also developed.
Then in 1958, Japanese inventor Momofuku Ando invented the popular instant noodles, which are still the staple food of any country in the world.
